  • How do I book airport transfer services?
    Please let us know the dates when you would like to request the service. You can use the contact form.
  • What is the process for pick-up upon airport arrival?
    Please let us know your flight number and arrival time before you depart. Our concierge will meet you in the arrival hall.
  • Which airport will you pick me up at?
    Niseko Guide and Transporter's airport transfer service is currently only available at ShinChitose Airport. Other airports may become available in the future as the service expands.
  • How is it different from a typical airport taxi?
    We offer airport transfers as part of our concierge service. Our concierge team consists of a driver and a concierge. The vehicles we use are completely different from taxis as they have a full flat seating arrangement. Free Wi-Fi is also available so that you can fully enjoy searching and watching videos. Beverage service is also available for a fee, so you can enjoy the long journey from New Chitose Airport to Niseko in comfort.
  • How long does it take to get to Niseko from ShinChitose Airport?
    Depending on the weather, it will take 2.5 to 3 hours. As this is a long journey, it is more convenient to use our concierge service rather than a confined space such as a taxi. Our concierge can also provide a variety of services during the trip to help you make the most of your time.
  • I heard there are no taxis at all, is that true?
    Every year more and more tourists visit Niseko and there is a shortage of taxis during the winter season. If you arrive at ShinChitose Airport without a reservation, you may find it difficult to get around, so we recommend that you make a reservation in advance. If you would like to travel to Niseko in comfort, please use our concierge service.
  • What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
    In the event of weather or other delays, we will meet you at the airport. If a flight is cancelled by the airline, we will reschedule the pick-up and drop-off. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate flight cancellations caused by the customer.
  • What kind of services do you provide?
    We, Niseko Guide and Transporter, offer concierge services such as airport transfers, hotel reservations, restaurant reservations, shopping, ordering goods and interpreting.
  • How is the pricing structured for your services?
    Niseko Guide and Transporter has three main fee structures. There are weekly plans, daily plans and airport transfer only plans. Click here for more details.
  • What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
    A 100% refund will only be given if the cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the reservation date. Please note that you will be responsible for any administration charges incurred.
  • Is the amount of the plan per group?
    Yes, the amount is for up to 6 people per group. If the number of guests increases, a separate fee will be charged.
  • What are the details of your shopping assistance service?
    We will shop on your behalf for the things you need during your stay, not just snacks and drinks, but also food, medicines, nappies and other daily necessities.
  • How long does it take to procure requested items?
    Depending on the type of product, it usually takes 3 or 4 days to order. If there is a product you would like to order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can also place your order before you arrive in Niseko. We will hold your order for you until you arrive in Niseko.
  • What are the payment methods for shopping assistance?
    Payment is required at the time of delivery of the goods.
  • Can you take me shopping?
    Of course it is possible. We can take you to Otaru, Sapporo, etc. as well as within the Niseko area.
  • In which languages are interpretation services available?
    Interpreting services are provided either by our concierge or by an affiliated online interpreter. The concierge interpretation service is available in Chinese, English and Japanese. The online interpreter service is available in 153 languages.
  • What is the pricing structure for interpretation services?
    Interpretation services are included in the concierge service and are not charged separately.
  • How can I book interpretation services?
    This service is available at any time during the Concierge Service period you have requested.
  • How can I make hotel or restaurant reservations?
    We only offer this service to customers who have confirmed reservations with us. The process is as follows: We will ask you in advance about your preferences and price range, and our concierge at Niseko Guide and Transporter will make a suggestion. If you have a specific hotel or restaurant in mind, please let us know. However, please note that we may not be able to meet your expectations depending on the availability of hotels and restaurants.
  • How can I confirm or modify my reservations?
    Please contact your Concierge to change or confirm your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to make changes to reservations due to availability at the hotel or restaurant where the reservation was made.
  • Are there any fees associated with reservation services?
    The reservation service is part of our concierge service, so there is no charge for this service. Please do not hesitate to contact our Concierge.
  • How is the taxi usage in Niseko?
    Due to the shortage of cars, it is normal to wait 2 or 3 hours at busy times. If you want to avoid waiting for a taxi and have a smooth ride, please use our Concierge Service. We will provide you with exclusive transport so you never have to wait.
  • Is there public transportation by train or bus?
    There are trains and buses, of course, but none that run close to the Niseko mountains or the hotels. We recommend driving around the Niseko area.
  • Is it difficult to drive on snow-covered roads?
    Driving on snowy roads requires skill. Depending on the weather conditions, there may be days when visibility is not at all clear. Every year tourists drive and cause accidents. If you are inexperienced, it is safer to take a taxi or use our concierge service.
