Every year more and more tourists visit Niseko and there is a shortage of taxis during the winter season. If you arrive at ShinChitose Airport without a reservation, you may find it difficult to get around, so we recommend that you make a reservation in advance. In the event of weather or other delays, we will meet you at the airport. If a flight is cancelled by the airline, we will reschedule the pick-up and drop-off. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate flight cancellations caused by the customer.
